Respecting History, Shaping the Future

The staircase system we implemented during the restoration of a historic residence in Kemeraltı has been honored with an Award for Thorough Restoration as part of the Local Conservation Awards for Respecting History.

In this project, the local architectural language was preserved, and existing materials were sustainably repurposed.

The interior and exterior spatial integrity — including original wall textures, traces of the former staircase, and traditional tile work — was meticulously maintained, safeguarding the building’s historical value.

This award stands as a testament to Konu Kreativ’s commitment to historical preservation, technical expertise, and design excellence.
